Appointment Policy
Doctor's hours are by appointment. Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.
Surgical appointments are checked in by a doctor or technician unless prior arrangements have been made. Please allow an additional 15 to 20 minutes in the morning.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.
All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
For extremely fractious animals or animals with suspected contagious diseases, please leave your pet outside and make the receptionists aware of your arrival.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, MedChoice, cash and personal checks.
