Dood



Dood is a 2 year old Domestic Short Hair cat.   He escaped from his house and was found 2 days later with a deep laceration in his abdomen.  Dood was rushed to the Emergency Veterinary Clinic where he was stabilized.  Upon admission to the AMC the wound was cleaned and debrided, then a drain was placed.  After 3 days hospitalization Dood was sent home to be monitored.  When Dood returned for his recheck appointment he was doing very well.  Dood is now healed and very happy to be home.  Below are pictures of Dood's wound and when it was almost completely healed.
